Do I need to be present during the organizing sessions?

No, you don’t need to be present. Many projects are completed while clients are away, and we’ll communicate with you as needed. For decluttering, we’ll leave homework or send photos for feedback since we never remove items without your permission.

How do I get started and what is your process?

Simply send us photos or a quick video of your spaces, and we’ll reply with a fixed, space-by-space quote and estimated supply cost. Once you choose your spaces, set your product budget, and complete your agreement with a 50% deposit, we lock in your session date. Our team arrives with curated organizing supplies (bins, baskets, and dividers) to completely transform your space. After organizing, we take care of donation drop-offs, recycling, trash, and even create ready-to-publish sale listings for items you want to sell. When the project is complete, we invoice for the remaining 50% plus any supplies used in your home.

How much should I budget for organizing supplies and bins?

The final cost for supplies varies by project, but we always prioritize an eco-friendly approach. We strive to reuse the bins and baskets you already have before adding new purchases. We are happy to work within any budget, whether that means sourcing functional items from Dollarama or premium pieces from Crate and Barrel. This ensures your home organization project stays within your preferred investment level while minimizing waste.

Do you take away donation items after a home organization session?

Yes! At Well Arranged Home, we take your donation items to local Calgary charities at the end of our session so you don’t have to.
